KM2 Solutions was founded by David Kreiss (K) and Gary Meyers (M) in 2004 with its original facility in St. Lucia.
At the time, few companies were able to offer the diversified services at the competitive rates that KM2 was offering. New business was quick to follow. By 2007 KM2 had opened facilities in Barbados and Grenada, utilizing the same model that had been so effective in St. Lucia. As a small but growing company, KM2 Solutions was able to take on outsourcing ventures that the major players dismissed as too small or overly complicated. The ability to adapt to client-specific needs while still delivering outstanding, industry-leading performance has been the cornerstone of the company’s success.
The Honduras and Dominican Republic sites were
added in recent years to provide clients with technically adept, fully bilingual agents. Today, KM2’s global footprint reaches 6 countries with over 3,000 employees, and continued plans for expansion into new geographic locations and business segments.
KM2 Solutions is privately held, thus eliminating the pressures of meeting shareholder and analyst expectations. The company’s focus will always be on the client and developing long-term relationships through unparalleled service and attention to detail.

President & Chief Executive Officer
The founder of KM² Solutions, Mr. David Kreiss has extensive background in credit, collections and customer care which has directed KM² to its current status as one of the fastest growing and technologically advanced companies in the Industry.
From managing credit policy and collections as a senior officer of Citibank Bankcards, to developing a risk management practice and strategic business systems while operating one of the largest operating centers as Senior Vice President of American Express, Mr. Kreiss’ accomplishments are considerable. He has managed large operations for over 30 years.
He is one of the pre-eminent call center builders, responsible for the development of 3 of the largest accounts receivable and customer care companies in the U.S. He grew Nationwide Credit, founded OSI and Convergent Resources Inc. and is the key architect and strategist in the creation and growth of KM². In addition, as majority shareholder in KM², Mr. Kreiss is engaged in all the daily business activities of the Company. No other CEO/Owner in the industry presents a comparable resume of accomplishments. This experience has assisted in the steering of KM² to ensure that quality performance is guaranteed.
Chief Commercial Officer (CCO)
Eric Stein is responsible for KM2 Solutions’ commercial strategy and development. His key accountabilities include providing strategic leadership in defining KM2’s path to growth and profitability and managing client relations. He is also responsible for forging the company’s sales strategy, with an emphasis on achieving market penetration across key verticals, as well as managing business development opportunities.
For over 25 years, Mr. Eric Stein has been actively engaged with numerous Fortune 100 companies in their onshore, offshore and near shore call center strategies. From telesales, customer service, and technical support, Mr. Stein has built sales teams from the ground up to offer market-leading solutions to clients.
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Valentine has over 20 years of experience in call center technologies with emphasis on Design, Implementation and Management of technology for call centers in the US, Canada, India, Philippines and the Caribbean.
Chief Financial Officer
Terry joined KM² Solutions in 2006 and brings over 35 years of experience in accounting and finance for nationwide and international companies. He was previously the CFO and SVP Corporate Development at Alliance One Incorporated, the CFO at National Propane Company, VP Controller and VP of Financial Services at AmeriGas, and a Principal in a merger and acquisition consulting practice.
